North Dakota Law Review Announces New MembersThe Board of Editors of the North Dakota Law Review is pleased to announce that twenty-five UND Law Students have been offered membership in the North Dakota Law Review. Each student's selection to be a member is the result of a new structure that determines the membership of the North Dakota Law Review. Each student completed a "write-on" requirement that included a closed universe legal memorandum and a citation exercise. The Board of Editors anonymously reviewed each "write-on" requirement through a process that considered only the merit of each "write-on" requirement.From this point forward, each student will complete an article during the fall semester (case comment) and an article during the spring semester (note).
