We are . . .
We are your law library. The Attorney Services Program makes the resources at the Thormodsgard Law Library available to licensed attorneys in North Dakota, northern Minnesota and elsewhere.

You get . . .
Attorney Services provides:

• Consultation with the Attorney Services Librarian on legal research questions.
• Copies of cases, statutes, articles and other materials (books, AV materials) by mail, fax, or email.
• Law library cards, with check out and library loan privileges.

Here's why . . .
You will cut costs and save time. You owe it to your clients to access and use information available to you through this service that could make a difference in your representation.

How much?
Attorneys pay a fee for each item requested and sent. Copies of cases, codes, law reviews, legislative histories, etc., are provided at the rate of $5 per cite and $.25 per page for photocopies mailed or pdf versions emailed, $1 per page for faxes. Other materials, books, treatises, AV materials are also available for mailing.
