Capitalization of "Court" in Law Review Articles (BB8)

"Court" is capitalized only when:

1. referring to the U.S. Supreme Court or
2. naming a court in full.

Example
The North Dakota Supreme Court heard the case.
In the case, the court found the defendant negligent.

Example
The United States Supreme Court favors mediation. The Court also encourages arbitration.
