Lieutenant Colonel Scott E. Harding

Lieutenant Colonel Scott E. Harding is the Staff Judge Advocate for the 319th air Refueling Wing, Air Mobility Command, Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota. He is the senior judge advocate responsible for delivery of full spectrum legal support to a wing providing rapid air mobility for combatant commanders, including airlift, air refueling, and medevac capability.

 Lieutenant Colonel Harding was born in Houston, Texas in 1969.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas.  He received his commission through direct appointment in May 1995 and has performed duties as trial and defense counsel in over 100 courts-martial.  He is currently admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.
