Tina Richards Named to Child Advocates Executive Committee

Tina RichardsINDIANAPOLIS -- Tina M. Richards, UND School of Law Class of 1998, a Baker & Daniels LLP associate, was recently appointed to the executive committee of Child Advocates' Indianapolis chapter.

She has been a Child Advocates volunteer for more than five years and served as a member of the board of directors before being named secretary of the organization's executive committee.

Richards is a member of Baker & Daniels' construction, environmental law and real property litigation group. She focuses her practice in the areas of environmental cost recovery and insurance litigation, advising her clients on environmental compliance and regulatory issues. Richards volunteers for a number of Indianapolis organizations, including Child Advocates, Keep Indianapolis Beautiful and the Protective Order Pro Bono Project.

Child Advocates is a not-for-profit organization whose volunteers represent the best interests of abused and neglected children in Indiana and throughout the United States. The organization has served more than 45,000 children across the U.S. since its inception in 1982.
